LATE ARRIVALS
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. However, in order to ensure all my clients receive their full treatment in a timely manner, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment. The treatment will be canceled automatically 15 minutes after no show. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping me provide the best service to all my valued clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in a fee equal to 100% of the treatment cost. Missed appointments without cancellation will be charged the full treatment price. This policy enables me to accommodate other clients and maintain efficient operations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
