TRAVEL AREA & FEES
A travel fee may apply for locations more than 5 miles from 801 Larrabee St., West Hollywood, CA 90069. Please text me with your location for availability and applicable travel fees.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I understand that plans can change; however, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment rate. Missed appointments without notice will also be charged the full treatment rate.
For any rescheduled appointment, full advance payment is required before the new reservation can be confirmed. A secure payment link will be sent prior to booking, and your appointment will be confirmed once payment has been received.
This policy helps protect the time specifically reserved for each client and allows me to accommodate others who may be waiting for an appointment.
