HOW USING THE FEET AS A TOOL MAKES THIS DIFFERENT: because I am using my feet, the broader pressure does not have that mentality of

"stab and drag thru your muscles with an elbow or thumb until you cry"  I use my feet because it diffuses the pressure & doesn’t trigger your pain response in the same way a smaller tool like fingers/elbows/thumbs would.⁣ ⁣

In any Myofascial session, much less lotion/oil is applied to your body to help get a better grip & engagement of the tissue, to help me really feel the elastisity  & plyability, rather than glossing over it. . This helps me move very slow, & give deep, solid, steady sustained pressure to help unstick the stuck parts that hold you back. ⁣ 

Myofascial work typically is intense, but not "no pain no gain." Using a Barefoot Massage approach to some theories a practioner would apply through their hands gives you the same benefits.... Just less torture in the process.
